- Sports & Volleyball Badge Workshop – April 9th – Greek Orthodox Church – 6-9pm
- Presented by Troop 337 Daphne Bistrimovich & Alexis Marinos (Gold Award Project)
- This had a great attendance and was enjoyed by all! Congratulations to Daphne & Alexis!
- First Annual Victorian Tea Party – April 10th – Holmdel Senior Center – 2:30-4:30pm

- Field Day – Monday, May 24th – Holmdel Park Be sure to sign up! This will be fun!

- Leaders- We need your troop rosters of girls and adults with email addresses (parents' emails for the girls under 13). Please send this information to cdominguez@girlscoutsjs.org
- This is not for a mailing list, they will not be solicited. We were told by GSUSA that we need this information in our database in order to begin the process for ONLINE REGISTRATION. This online registration system may not be available to the service units for the next Girl Scout year, but it is in the works for the future!
- Delegates-
- Annual Delegate Meeting – May 20th - PAC, Farmingdale
- We need to prepare a slate of delegates for delegate elections this Spring
- Golf Classic- May 10th – Pine Barrens Golf Club, Jackson
- Lunch at 11:30am & Tee-Off at 1pm
- Many opportunities to get involved (sponsorships as a twosome, a foursome or individual

- Research Project – looking for a few volunteers who are interested in helping with an internet research project
Service Unit Updates –
- Service Team Roster – on the Holmdel Girl Scout website- http://designerduck.com/girlscouts/
- Registration for next year will start in late April. We’ll send email with the details.
- Trips-
- any Troop leaving their meeting place must contact their Troop Level Consultant (please refer to the Service Team Roster)
- Any Trips overnight or out of state must fill out a Trip Application Form (you can download off Council website www.girlscoutsjs.org under Membership Forms)
- Community Church Donation – the Service Team would like to give the Church a small donation in name of the Holmdel Girl Scouts for letting us use their space
We agreed to give them $250 for support. They have let us use their facilities and coffee pots for years for our leader meetings and we are grateful.
We also agreed to give the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) a donation of $100, to support the four world centers. Talk to Sheila about up-to-date info on all four of them!
May 31 is Memorial Day. The ceremony at Town Hall includes a time when we (the Holmdel GS) can present a Memorial wreath. If your family (or anyone in your troop) can attend (in uniform) please let us know. We do plan to pay for the wreath out of Service Unit Funds.
